Peer Teaching Assistants in General Chemistry Laboratories

Abstract. Appalachian State University has instituted a peer-teaching-assistants program in our general chemistry laboratories. We believe that our program imparts a very positive aspect to the entire general chemistry laboratory experience for all involved. This article presents our approach and implementation of the program.
