“In–T–Endo”: A Mnemonic for Predicting the Relative Stereochemistry of Diels–Alder Reaction Products

Abstract. A mnemonic is described that enables students to rapidly assign the proper relative stereochemistry for the type of Diels–Alder reaction products that are most frequently discussed in undergraduate organic chemistry courses.
